Is your Club able to be Hosts/Helpers at the next EAF “AGM/World of Colour” day to take place at the Latton Bush Centre, Harlow on 7 March 2010?

There is little work entailed before the day except for a small item from you Chairman/President for the programme – the Hall and Speakers are all booked, but I would appreciate an offer of 8/10 Club Members to help on the actual day. This involves:-

1. arriving at the Hall at about 8.30 a.m.
2. putting up blackout – (already cut to size)
3. helping Ron & Jean Pain set up the large screen
4. checking in attendees
5. helping the Speakers with equipment etc. if required
6. projectionist (EAF provides equipment but back-up projector helpful is available)
7. Generally assist where required

For this your Club gets up to 10 free tickets for “World of Colour” and an opportunity to see the work of some excellent photographers from outside our region.
